Job Description:
- Responsible for sourcing, securing, developing and retaining profitable lending and deposit relationship.
- Focus on finding new business opportunities to sell the Bank’s products and services
- Retain and expand existing relationship by being responsible for contributing to the assigned portfolio quality and processing of requests for credit extension, ensuring credit facilities are properly structured, priced and documented.
- Maintain and grow current relationships by presenting new lending opportunities, cross selling, and other business to new and existing clients.
- Identify and aggressively solicit appropriate loan and deposit opportunities.
- Appropriately assess risk by thorough knowledge of borrower, financial, and market conditions.
- Work with an underwriting team to ensure the timely completion of due diligence and preparation of comprehensive credit approval packages.
Knowledge of:
- Bank credit policies & procedures
- Accounting principles and finance
- 5+ years of experience in lending and operations
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other banking systems Education:
- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Combination of Experience and Education can meet the job requirements
